A local familiar face in the community, Joseph brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. With a background in civil engineering and a portfolio that includes work on major infrastructure projects like the Highway 400, 401, and 417 corridors, he’s no stranger to complex jobs and tight timelines.
As the proud owner and operator of Merol Constructors, Joseph wears many hats — from quoting jobs and managing crews to floating equipment and turning wrenches in the shop. You’ll just as likely find him behind the controls of a dozer as you will behind the desk.
When he’s not on-site or in the shop, you’ll find Joseph enjoying time at the farm with his family — grounding his work ethic in the same values that built this business: honesty, hard work, and pride in a job well done.
